Basil Pesto and Champagne Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • ¼ cup olive or walnut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons of champagne vinegar

Preparations

  1. Combine pesto, oil and vinegar and mix well
  2. Add salt and lemon zest before serving

Storing

Once prepared, this dressing will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
