  • 2 pita bread
  • 1-2 peaches, cored, cut into thin wedges
  • Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • Pistachios, shelled, crushed
  • Goat cheese
  • 1 red hot chili, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh mint
  • Balsamic glaze

Preparations

  1. Brush your choice of bread with the oil.
  2. Top with prosciutto, peaches, goat cheese, and chili.
  3. Bake at 400º for a few minutes until pitas and crispy.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, pistachios, and balsamic glaze.
  5. Blow your mind!
